1. Purpose of This Policy

3. Web Scraping & Automated Data Collection

Unauthorized scraping, crawling, harvesting, extraction, or automated collection of content from the STHAN™ Music website or associated digital services is prohibited where such activity exceeds normal website use or is intended for purposes including AI training, dataset creation, automated content aggregation, commercial exploitation, or systematic reproduction of our content.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to prohibit ordinary search engine crawling and indexing that is reasonably necessary to display STHAN™ Music webpages in search results.

Search engines may access publicly available website content for legitimate indexing and search-result purposes, subject to their applicable policies and technical access controls.

Such permission does not constitute authorization to use STHAN™ Music content for AI model training, machine learning datasets, data mining, automated content collection, or other purposes beyond ordinary search indexing.

Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the STHAN™ Music website after an updated Policy is published constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Policy.
